Thank you for supporting our families rosary ministry. If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. An authorization needs to be approved before returning an item. Please email us with the reason of the return.
We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a full refund. Please note the following exceptions to our return policy. "Custom Orders" and "Discounted" items are final and cannot be returned. Return item must have no visible signs of wear or use, and cannot be damaged. Item needs to be returned in it's original packaging. Please return to our shipping address. Customer will need to pay for shipping fees, unless there was a defect with the item when it was received. Once the item has been checked into our receiving dept., a check will be issued in the full amount.
